Shipping Information

Shipping: UPS

Charges: $15.00 for the first item, and $1.00 for each additional Item including dental chairs, compressors, and vacuums anywhere in USA.

3 days must be allowed for deliveries. Dental chairs, dental vacuum pumps, dental compressors next day delivery service included.

If your order includes a dental chair, dental compressor,  or dental vacuum:  UPS will deliver to your door. If you have  stairs and no elevator, the UPS driver will not be able to bring this heavy item upstairs--additional charges will be applied. If you have similar situation, please contact us for more information at info@zurichdental.com

Returns

All returns must be made within 15 days of delivery.  Open items will be charged 20% restocking fees. No returns will be accepted after 15 days.

Non-returnable items: Dental chairs and dental units, dental handpieces (if opened ). 

Warranty Information

Dental Handpieces By Zurich Dental: 1 to 2 years on turbines, and 3 years on cartridge.

(Please refer to description of the handpiece on our website.)

Fiber Optic Handpiece By Zurich Dental: 2 years on turbine, 2 years on light, 3 years on cartridge.

Dental Chairs & Units: 1 year on parts (shipping charges will be applied).

Dental Compressors & Vacuums: 1 year warranty on parts (shipping charges will be applied).
